1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the EaziStep website at darfaz.github.io/hovrsole (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Product Description

EaziStep is patent-pending internal suspension footwear designed for performance and protective use. EaziStep is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. No FDA approval is required or claimed. Performance claims (including pressure offloading percentages) are based on prototype testing and may vary in production models.

3. Reservations & Pre-Orders

• Reservation Deposit: A $1 reservation secures your place for early access to the Kickstarter campaign at the stated price. This deposit is fully refundable at any time before production begins.
• No Guarantee of Delivery: Reservations are expressions of interest. Final product delivery is contingent on successful Kickstarter funding and production. If the Kickstarter campaign does not reach its goal, all deposits will be refunded.
• Price: The $250 Kickstarter price is subject to change. Reserved customers will be notified of any price changes before being charged.
• Refunds: Reservation deposits are fully refundable upon request at any time before production begins. Contact us to request a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and the EaziStep name — is the property of EaziStep and its founders and is protected by intellectual property laws. The internal suspension system design is patent-pending. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our patent-pending technology
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
• Submit false or misleading information

6. Disclaimers

AS-IS BASIS: The Site and all information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

PERFORMANCE CLAIMS: Pressure offloading percentages and performance claims are based on prototype brace testing. Actual performance may vary. These are not medical claims.

PRODUCT RENDERINGS: Product images and renderings are for illustration purposes and may differ from the final product.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EaziStep and its founders, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, regardless of the theory of liability.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EaziStep and its founders from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
